Pros: 1. No wait time for appointment at office, you go at your scheduled time Efficent and quick services 3. Dentist are paitent and thoughtful. Cons: 1. Wait time for call, no one picks up the phone no one calls back after you left a voicemail. 2. Recptionist are curt, and do not provide enough information about pricing of services. 3. Upcharges with services that are not covered under your insurance procedure codes.
4. Availability and times for appointments are scarce. 5. There is a lack of transparency with prices of services when signed rather when services are rendered by the receptionist. You are quoted one price by the hygenist and pay another price upon check out. 6. They are not open on Fridays.

I agree with Chris Ryan’s review. I had very similar experience. My cleaning was supposed to be covered by my insurance as well but nope Sage Dental charges me $275 for a simple cleaning and didn’t let me know that my insurance would not cover it until after service

The front desk staff was so wonderful. Though that location did not have what I needed she was able and willing to book me another appointment same day as well as deal with my insurance provider to get me switched over.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Abdel Jabbar! From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel completely at ease. She is incredibly gentle, patient, and attentive, always taking the time to explain every step and making sure I’m comfortable. I used to dread dental visits, but now I actually look forward to them.
Her professionalism is matched only by her kindness, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional dental care with a gentle touch! Dr. Abdel Jabbar is the best!
