The worst experience ever. I went in with extreme pain in my tooth and I am glad they were able to take me quickly but I wish I knew I would have left worst than when I arrived, I would have waited to go elsewhere. X-Rays were done and I got a diagnosis and the Doctor drilled away a tooth and then his assistant put on a temporary crown. That temporary crown was the WORST thing ever as it was over cemented and I was forced to clamp it down on the same nerve that was giving me problems.

I was in tearssss during that process and no one identified that there may be more of an issue occurring. I was charged $880, paid half until the permanent crown is in. What a WASTE! I got home and my mouth felt the same as it did and as the time progressed the pain got worse regardless of the pain meds and antibiotics. I tried calling them back to no avail.

I went to another dentist because the pain was unbearable and they identified the additional pain, asked ME if I put my own temp crown in and if I added more cement because it was such a bad job, cement was all over my mouth and the temp crown placed in a way that there's no way I would have been relieved of pain. The other doctor fixed that temp crown and other issues actually relieving me of pain. I feel like this place is more about money than the people.

Was the most painful experience of my life. And thats saying a lot because I have a fusion in my neck that hurt less. My gallbladder removal hurt less. Left in extreme pain. Seems like they also up charge for everything. No antibiotics prescribed, instead they wanted to charge me 50 per tooth for antibiotics.

I was in so much pain I was shaking uncontrollably. After she numbed me she got called into another room and left in the middle of my cleaning. Now im sitting here at home in extreme pain. And I understand its because I needed a deep cleaning. But I have never experienced this much pain at a dentist and I have had root canals ans wisdom teeth removal.

Sage dental Margate is absolutely top notch! A special kudos to Artie. . . she was my angel through the whole experience as the bill would have been more than I could afford. she worked every corner she could to lower the bill and even when my insurance did not cover what we expected it to she further lowered the outstanding amount so that it could fit my budget and pocket. Every time I walked out of there I had goosebumps because of the way I was treated and the way she did everything she could to accommodate my situation. The dental work was great and the dentist even made time to complete my finish work immediately after the specialist was done with the root canal so I wouldn't have to come back for another appointment.

. . . Sage dental and Artie you are the best!! They deserve at least 10 stars in my book. . .

Sage Dental Margate has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I’ve been a loyal patient for over three years, paying a $10 co-pay at every visit. Recently, I learned from both my insurance and a specialist’s office that I should not have been paying a co-pay at all—my insurance covers it. When I brought this to the Margate office staff and manager, they completely dismissed me.

For six months I’ve been given the runaround about refunds, with excuses that they can’t process anything until “all claims are paid. ” Meanwhile, they continue demanding a co-pay, even though my insurance repeatedly confirms that I owe nothing. To make matters worse, the office gave me a fake “reference number” when I questioned the charges. My insurance company confirmed not only that I do not have a co-pay, but also that Sage Dental has already been paid directly for these visits—payments the office falsely claims they never received.

This is beyond poor service, it’s dishonest and feels like a scam. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from Sage Dental.
