Would have given this particular location five stars but the front desk scheduler/receptionist named Denise if that's her name was very unprofessional and rude. Very snappy irritated. I get it dealing with patients people on the phone. I work in Customer service. I completely understand but if you are not a people person, then you should not apply for those type of positions. Perhaps she should work from home that way she won't be as irritated and unprofessional.

She's not the best person For front desk. Outside of her my initial appointment with the dentist was very professional. The dentist was very clear and explaining what I needed to get done very sweet and nice and patient. It's unfortunate that some will mess it up for others which is why I only gave them three stars instead of five.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Newman and the experience was excellent. I was a bit nervous at first since it was my first root canal, but the whole experience went very smoothly. Dr. Newman was professional, and explained everything clearly. I didn’t feel any pain during or after the treatment. Highly recommend.

Exam and cleaning are good, but they are really sneaky and unprofessional with billing. I came in for my routine cleaning, which amounted to $55 but they tried to tack on an extra $165 and the lady at the front desk was very loud and aggressive when I asked for an explanation. I would never return, very unfortunate, because everyone else was so pleasant and I've been coming here for 4 years and referring all my employees here.

Thank God I'm HR, I'll find a better provider for my entire company.
