Beware of this scam. I have made two appointments at this horrible place because the first time I came to my appointment they made me wait for 40minutes without telling me anything. I asked and said that I had to wait 20 more minutes for a total of one hour just wasting my time. The team is very disrespectful and unprofessional.

I left cause I couldn’t wait more and booked another appointment. Again I arrived on time and they me wait for almost 30 minutes, after I finally get to see a dentist they told me that for them to do my cleaning (the only service I booked) I had to do X-Rays and also an “exam” just for me to get a cleaning. Just a huge scam to get more money out of my insides and myself. Do not waste your time like I did twice while trusting this was a decent dental office.

Dont trust the recent reviews as they are all from bots which is why they are from the same time frame. This place is awful, no respect for your time and no consideration. They just want to scam into getting more money for things you do not need.

So far, my experience at this place has been acceptable. Especially the cleaning lady, who is one of the best I've ever met. But a crown fell off, and they tried to replace it twice without success. Yesterday, they were with me for almost two hours, giving me anesthesia and X-rays, and my gums were sore from being in the same boat for so long. They couldn't get the crown to stay in place without it bothering me; it was like torture.

Only to get home and have it fall off again while I was eating a piece of sandwich bread. Clearly, a job so far very poorly done. I'll have to go back today in the hopes that they'll resolve this.

Front desk lady gave me a bit of a hard time and wanted to charge for something my insurance already covers. Having to wait 2 hours for my appointment.. Shoutout to Saire who did my cleaning she made the experience good and took great care of me, Thank you Saire!

I have been coming here for a while, just because it’s super close to work. I won’t be making that mistake again. Each time they made you wait over an hour. The receptionist poorly speaks English so it’s extremely hard to book the right appointment or even to get a call back (when they say they will call you back).

I can’t tell you a number of times where she just mumbles something and before you can make another question she hangs up. Unprofessional! They are all disrespectful to your time and money. Won’t be coming here anymore!!
