(To any potential clients reading my review. I want to say my experience is from a professional viewpoint. Although I didn't have a customer experience, workplace culture shapes the atmosphere, which in turn affects the quality of services provided. I am also seeing a lot of reviews here that show employee churn. I would not recommend this dentist because I have years of dentistry experience and I know what happens in these types of work environment. The office is unorganized which turns into confusion). Judge them how they treat the janitor not the CEO! My experience at the office yesterday was not a pleasant one. I was told by the office manager, Jessica, that Dr. Kelly Joseph did not like me. I can assure you that Dr. Joseph did not work with me long enough to pass the judgment that she does not like me. I only took X-rays; we didn't do chairside together, so I am perplexed as to how she made that decision. I also noticed all the dental assistants were temp assistants.

This, in my opinion, is a telltalesign of a toxic work environment and culture. First, I want to mention that this office was assigned to me at 7:15 to be there at 8am. When I arrived, the office was unorganized. I was not introduced to the doctor. There was no morning huddle, so this means I had to figure things out. Another dental assistant who was a temp like myself pointed out to me there was a section on the schedule with my name on it, and those were the patients I was responsible for. My first patient arrived, and their name was placed in a section of the schedule that did not have my name on it. For this reason I did not know the patient was outside. The office manager approached me in an unprofessional manner, stating, "You have never used Dentrix software. " I answered, I know how to use Dentrix; however, the patient was not in the section that had my name. This was a simple error, and I apologized for it, although it was not my fault. After working 4 hours during downtime, I went to the bathroom for 1 minute and could not finish because everyone was calling my name. When I got out of the bathroom, the office manager said, The dentist does not like you.

You can leave. I was devastated and went home. Note 1: The statement "you don't know how to use Dentrix" is false because I took X-rays and completed charting the same day using Dentrix. In my opinion this was meant to belittle me. Perhaps in an attempt to justify reasons for disliking me. Note 2: Dr. Kelly Joseph, please evaluate your reasons for disliking people you know little information about. Note 3: Temp assistants are there for the day to help. They are not seeking employment an certainly not validation. Some temp assistants are in between jobs and seeking temporary income. The temp assistant already unemployed has to burn gas, only to be humiliated by persons with cruel intentions. Please treat people better.

Extraordinary hospitality, detail oriented and a family like feeling are the first things I think of while being there. The superb work of Dunia Watson and her teeth cleaning is incomparable and nothing short of phenomenal. I cannot articulate enough how great they are there at Sage Dental.

I'm unhappy with the quality of the work in this location. I had a crown that was about 20 years old and needed to be replaced. When the new crown came in, we could tell right away that it was a few shades too dark. I returned I think 4 times in almost 3 months for them to try to fix it but they never did.

Now I have a new crown that looks worse than my old one in my opinion. I will find a new dentist to fix this. My family and I have been coming here for years, not anymore.

Service provided by the hygienists and doctors was great. Always make sure I book earlier appointments to be the first one in and out. Clean kept facility with a great friendly staff.
