Recently relocated to this area from Maryland and i was looking for a dentist to address a problem i was having. I found Dr. Habashy and couldn’t be happier. He and his staff were knowledgeable, thorough, professional and very welcoming. I am very pleased with the service and care.

I feel compelled to share how sharply down this practice has gone since I started going here in 2021. I recently called to simply reschedule an appointment and was given a flippant attitude and told they have nothing for 5 months out for a routine cleaning. When I asked how that’s possible with their recent expansion I was just brushed off and told they are a ‘very busy practice’ and there was no attempt at accommodation.

I guess now they will be very busy minus one, for what it’s worth. Good luck talking to regular repeat customers like they’re just a number on a spreadsheet.

Really bad service I had a cavity on my wisdom tooth The dentist filled the cavity Later I went see him I was told that I had a problem on a previous tooth he did a crown on He gave a prescription for fine tooth toothpaste but the problem continued I went again to see him now I was told o needed a route canal on the tooth he put crown on I decided not to move forward but the pain Persisted Now I’m there I told him it felt like it was my wisdom tooth He did an xray and charged me 1200 dollars for the removal As soon as I was done with antibiotics and the ibuprofen the pain came back I called to make an appointment on Saturday I was on Miami it was around 11 am I was told one o’clock got there till 2 due to accidents and traffic When I got there, I asked to see someone I was told that I was late to my appointment. It was at 1 o’clock. I explained to them that traffic and some accidents was the reason why to make it short. I just wanted them to check me out and tell me what was going on. The conversation got very heated with the receptionist.

She was very rude so I got upset and I told her I wanted to see someone I didn’t care who what I’ve noticed was that they were trying to leave early because it was memorial weekend so they wanted to just get out she called the police department about me. I called my attorney. Told me just to leave and I wasn’t worth it in pain. She wanted me to wait the whole weekend so I decided to look for somebody else I went to go see another dentist. He told me that I had an infection probably the antibiotics that they had given me was not working, but since I was taking the ibuprofen, that’s why you know I’ve kept the pain at Bay, but yeah, I would never recommend this dentist.

I spent a lot of money in his clinic. Everything started really nice at the beginning, but I don’t know if he got bigger or he got people that you know they just don’t care about customers, but you know after being in pain after them wanting to do some other type of work on the tooth washing the one that was bothering me you’re not feel like there’s something wrong There. I would never never recommend this place to anyone.

I can’t recommend this dentist’s office enough. Every single person there excels at their job and is an absolute pleasure to deal with, which continues to amaze me because there are a considerable amount of employees. As a result, I recommend them to everyone I know and multiple family and friends have changed dentists. They are all extremely happy with the service they receive. Let me give you a few examples of how they have exceeded my expectations: When my grandfather was near the end of life, he was, to put it mildly, cranky and difficult during every single one of his visits.

However, the staff treated him with unbelievable kindness and patience, regardless of his attitude. During another visit, I had an unexpected personal situation arise that was distressing. The staff was, as always, exceptionally compassionate and went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue even though it wasn’t anywhere within the realm of their responsibilities. I also stopped in unannounced due to an emerging dental issue one day and the staff helped me on the spot and followed up afterwards to see if there was anything else they could do to help. I am beyond grateful for this office.

They provide great dental care and do so consistently in a manner that is rare to find. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care have made a lasting impact on my family and me. It’s rare to find a healthcare office that combines excellent treatment with such humanity, and I truly can’t recommend them highly enough.
