Dental Clinics in Country Village Dr, Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee

This place is one of the most unprofessional dental establishments I’ve ever witnessed. I scheduled my two son’s appointments 2 weeks in advance and was assured there was availability. I’m assuming that due to the current pandemic, or maybe it’s this establishment’s norm to “over book patients”, the dry tone receptionist called stated “We wanted to call and let you know that we will not be seeing patients until after April... Would you like to reschedule?” And at this point it’s 7:48 AM and my sons and I are sitting in the parking lot of the establishment; the appointment was for 8:00 AM! A phone call on FRIDAY would have been a more professional move; however, based off of several other reviews I’ve read, you guys are oblivious to what professionalism is. Parents, be informed and warned to NOT take you children to this establishment. Maybe I can help save someone else the agony.

I have been coming to Dr Cohen for 8 years and everything was great until about a year ago. I can never get anyone to answer the phone, I leave voicemails and just wait for a return call to schedule an appointment. The last two times, we had been in the office anywhere from 2-3 hours, really making me wonder why did I rush to get my child from school to only wait. Kids are very impatient and they are stressing the parents out. Don’t make any other plans as they will be ruined from the wait time. Staff is ok, Dr Cohen is great but not great enough to spend my evening with her. Unfortunately, I will not be bringing my son back.
