I like DR Morris, but his office is poorly run. Twice I brought my granddaughter (who’s nine) for a tooth problem both times I’m told we don’t have appointments I made them myself. She sees the hygienist there. Who’s wonderful, No apologies just told I had to wait. Very rude and not helpful on referrals gave me a postcard to use as a referral of course the doctor being referred to needed a referral letter, tried telling office staff this was told that’s all you get They gave my granddaughter an RX which I couldn’t find a pharmacy that had it, we’re not willing to work with me. To many good dentist out there for this nonsense.

I agree with the one star reviews I have read. I used to be a patient of Dr. Morris'. I had two crowns put on a dentist I visited in Collierville for a braces appt. told me my crowns were put on wrong. Nevertheless I told Dr. Morris and he convinced me the other dentist was incorrect. Now fast forward to current events years later I just had to have one of those teeth with the crown on it pulled it was still giving me problems and I went to another dentist who did not bad mouth or know my previous dentist but told me the tooth had to be pulled. So I paid for a bad root canal and crown job done by Morris and had I not switched dentist he would still be lying to me. I will NEVER support this office again and the staff in his office EXPECIALLY the front desk is HORRIBLE!!! I do not recommend this office.
