Today I took all 3 of my kids in for appointments it was our first visit and I must say I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Everyone from office staff to dental hygienist, and the dentist was SO NICE!! Explained everything to me and really went above and beyond for us we are so happy they was accepting new patients and now my children’s new dentist!!!

Absolutely LOVE this office. We followed Dr. Vinall over from another office he was at part time to this one and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to follow him! We will forever follow him wherever he may go! He has done all the treatment on my girls and has always been so patient and personable with all 4 of my kiddos! The office staff from the front desk all the way to the back to the hygienists we’re amazing. They were so welcoming, personable, patient and so sweet.

They all treated my kiddos like family does. They took their time getting the kids comfortable and taking the time to talk and listen to them but also got us in and out very quickly for 4 kids!! My kids loved it there and actually are excited to go back! We have found a new dental office to call home and couldn’t be happier. 💙☺️ Thank you so much for treating us with so much grace, patience and love!

It saddens me to even be leaving a bad review I loved your office. However if you have children who are nurodivergent DO NOT even think about asking them for reccomended tools (I found some and ordered them after I left our last appointment) the lady dentist I've never met before was extremely aggressive with how she was informing me of how she would need to use "opiates" on him (her words) stating that aggressively several times when I was asking for any advice to help make it easier I was also told I needed to force the toothbrush in his mouth im sorry but I'm not going to cause trauma (it's more than just a little fighting he locks his jaw) I was crying when I had to talk to her again about another one of my kids and ended up crying harder and I was apologizing for that all while still asking for reccomended products and then they scheduled my other child for a follow up appointment like nothing happened That's fine but what's not fine is sending letters out with no explanation canceling care " because mutual trust it's vital between the families of our patients and our team.

We believe this is necessary to offer exceptional dental care and experience to our patients" (that letter that you sent via certified mail so you made sure I got it) mutual, trust like me, asking you to give recommendations to help me take care of my children's teeth. And canceled his follow up We have a new dentist actually our old one it's way worth the 30 min drive when the dentist actually cares Edited to reply The letter states it's a withdrawal of services for all vinall and Smith locations
