This place is one of the most unprofessional dental establishments I’ve ever witnessed. I scheduled my two son’s appointments 2 weeks in advance and was assured there was availability. I’m assuming that due to the current pandemic, or maybe it’s this establishment’s norm to “over book patients”, the dry tone receptionist called stated “We wanted to call and let you know that we will not be seeing patients until after April. . .

Would you like to reschedule?” And at this point it’s 7:48 AM and my sons and I are sitting in the parking lot of the establishment; the appointment was for 8:00 AM! A phone call on FRIDAY would have been a more professional move; however, based off of several other reviews I’ve read, you guys are oblivious to what professionalism is. Parents, be informed and warned to NOT take you children to this establishment. Maybe I can help save someone else the agony.

Gaming and Playing With JAY

I have been coming to Dr Cohen for 8 years and everything was great until about a year ago. I can never get anyone to answer the phone, I leave voicemails and just wait for a return call to schedule an appointment. The last two times, we had been in the office anywhere from 2-3 hours, really making me wonder why did I rush to get my child from school to only wait. Kids are very impatient and they are stressing the parents out.

Don’t make any other plans as they will be ruined from the wait time. Staff is ok, Dr Cohen is great but not great enough to spend my evening with her. Unfortunately, I will not be bringing my son back.

Dr Cohen the best pediatric dentist ever my daughter been going to them since she was one she’s five now. My ten month old will be going when she turn one love this place. Im a black American she’s love me and my daughter always gives me gifts for being on time and bring patient. They are not races very loving staff out of four years I never had a problem. NEVER

WARNING!!! CANCEL ANY APPOINTMENT YOU HAVE!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is monstrous. They forced us to hold down my 8 year old child to pull teeth.

(We had no choice because she said it was now or the tooth would infect his body) We did not any better, now we do!! She kept giving him a numbing shot then walking away for 30 minutes. By the time she got back to him the shot was wearing off and she continued to work on him while he was screaming in pain. It was so traumatic to say the least!! They have the children laid out in one room lined up like cattle.

There is no privacy at all. The staff are rude and Alka Cohen is the worst of all!! She had no patience with my poor baby who was scared and nervous. She was rough and coldhearted the whole time! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRECIOUS CHILDREN TO THIS LADY!! Pediatric Dental Group finished his work without a single tear! I thank God for Pediatric Dental Group! My son has no problems seeing them at all! But mention this place and he starts to cry and shake!
