Dental Clinics in Hacks Cross Rd, Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee

My kids have been to Dr. Courtney over 10 years. The staff especially Camryn is always so professional and welcoming. Pre- covid everything was great. No issues or complaints. Post covid is when it seems all hell broke loose. This last incident will be the 3rd time i've gone through this. I made my daughter follow up treatment appointment back in May for July 24th. We get to the appointment on time, sign in, and i get told she has no appointment. I'm like clearly there is a misunderstanding. This appointment has been made for weeks (since May). Oh well the "girl" who made the appointment is no longer with us etc. Although i remained professional and respectful, I wanted to say what does that have to do with me. I've taken off from work only for my child to not be seen. Like what is the issue? Why wasn't i notified? The answer is always "insurance". I work for a doctor's office, so i know how it goes. The communication has gone down terribly. Like i'm legit disappointed in them. I speak very highly of All About Kids and this is an embarrassment to not only the company but the Dr. Courtney as well. I just dont know what to say at this point. I've tried given grace and benefit of the doubt but at this point, something needs to be done. I would love for my daughter to continue coming but I can't keep risking her oral health at the hands of miscommunication and blaming insurance. Maybe its time for me to look elsewhere.

I absolutely recommend… Kameron at the front desk is amazing! Britni has been working with my son for many years and is always so patient and kind. This staff is the best in the city and I love how they care for my son.
