Absolutely unacceptable experience – do not recommend. As a self-pay patient, I felt completely taken advantage of. During my initial visit, I was told I had three cavities that “needed to be filled. ” I got a second opinion and only had one — a clear attempt to overcharge me. They canceled my filling appointment the day before, then rescheduled it weeks out.

On the day of the new appointment, I waited over an hour in the lobby with no updates or apology. Then I waited another 40 minutes alone in the exam room before anyone came in. While I was waiting, the front desk staff loudly gossiped about another patient, making rude and unprofessional comments that the entire waiting room could hear. This was also my first-ever cavity, and no one explained a single thing to me during the filling. I was just barked at to open and close my mouth — no reassurance, no explanation, no concern.

It was cold, impersonal, and genuinely traumatic. This office clearly prioritizes money over ethics, and has no regard for patient comfort or respect. Especially if you’re paying out of pocket — go elsewhere. You deserve better.

I only can say that Drs at this office are Amazing! Both periodontics, Patricia the hygienist, Dr Brad is the best, the staff & the front desk girl are very nice. I called today Friday trying to make an emergency appt because I was on pain and even though they were short-staffed they saw me and take care of me. I will continue coming to this office & I really recomend it.

I had my first visit today and was very pleased with my welcome and intake process. The x-ray process passed quickly and efficiently and then came the periodontist. . .

fantastic! I was impressed with the thoroughness of the explanations and options offered. All of my questions were answered and I was pleased that I was asked for my input in deciding which option to use to take care of my periodontal problem. Very strange to say, but I am looking forward to my next visit!

I have never had a worst experience. Ever in my entire life at a dental office. I went to great expressions location as a new patient for the first time. The appointment was to be for intake as well as cleaning. When I got there, I was ushered into a room and told the cost. I had to correct them because they had not included my insurance info for the cost. They went back to fix the cost. When they came back, they took for to another room for xrays. We waited about fifteen minutes while they played with the computer system because it wasn't working. We went to another room for xrays and I requested a small mouth insert for the xrays because inside my mouth is small and they usually use a child size insert so I don't gag and get injured in my mouth in order to take xray.

She ignored me for couple of picture until she saw how much I struggled. She switched to the smallest size they had but it was still difficult. She had to take multiple xrays because it was hard to fit the instrument in my mouth after about 10 xray I had gagged and cried so much that I I stopped her and said I can't take this torture anymore. At this time the dentist heard me and came in the room to say they had no smaller inserts because they are not a pediatric dental center. I found that hard to believe that no adults had my the size of my mouth. I am not a big woman but there are lots of women my size out there. She said to take my time and suffer through it all. I regretfully allowed them to take over 25 xrays while I gagged and cried through out. I should have walked out in hindsight. It was the most horrible experience I had ever had in my 62 years of going to the dentist.

Then the doctor comes in to examine and I find out my cleaning was not even scheduled. They lied to me that was included. This office is run so badly. The scheduling team is not the people at the office so you don't know what you get when you get there. They did not have any appointments for cleaning for another two weeks after I had waited months for that appointment. And they got my insurance info wrong again when estimating. And the time I accepted was different than the time they texted me and when I told her she just shrugged! I guess they are used to chaos. I will not go back and I recommend you go elsewhere as well if you don't want to be treated like an animal.
