Imagine your appointment is at 8:15 then it’s 10 o’clock you are still in the lobby waiting. When I go talk to them, they just tell me oh we only have three doctors and they are behind😡it’s none of my business just don’t over schedule people. Finally, you got call just to be seating again in the hall way after your vitals are taken because no available rooms.
It’s 10:37 I’m still waiting to be seen just for an X-ray results. It’s time for me to find another pediatrician for my kids!

I went here for a serious problem I was having concerning my health i scheduled my appointment a month in advance I was treated as if I was a problem I payed cash for my appointment the lady would randomly stop checking me in on the computer she would stare at me periodically as if she was upset. . i thought maybe there was a problem or she needed more information when I ask she said “no” then she would go back to checking me in. . I felt uncomfortable and nervous as it was my first time at this place.
. When my appointment was over I was rushed out and told where to pay by the lady yelling and pointing and saying “just go over there” she would watch me as if she thought I was gonna run out. People here are very rude and unprofessional.

You should be prepared to spend the day there. When you go for a scheduled appointment they never see you on time. It may be 5 hrs. before you are seen, past the time you were scheduled.

Dr Smith is amazing, my daughter is neurodivergent and doesn’t do well with change very well, we moved from Cape to Lehigh and changed doctors to Dr Smith and she absolutely loves him. I have had nothing but great experiences with them.
