My son has been going to this office for 3 years. I have always had a positive experience, but this last time exceeded all expectations because Zoey treated him in the most kind, patient and caring way possible. I would like to give her more than 5 stars. Zoey, you’re awesome!

I usually don't leave reviews but I was left a horrible impression. 1st visit to this location was decent. Was told what needed to be done. Unfortunately I am very limited on free time so I am unable to schedule another appointment. After the office ATTEMPTED to follow up with me, they proceeded to schedule an appointment for the next day WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
I received a text stating there was a appointment scheduled for 8am the next day. After calling the office to question about this, they could not give me answers of why they scheduled an appointment without confirming with me. Shady actions and I will not trust scheduling another appointment with them again.

Long wait time. Unorganized. No sense of urgency. Went in for a ortho consult, was taken back for a xray when I already had it completed a few days prior. The tech wasn’t aware? The dentist will tell you that your teeth look fine and then all these random chargers pop on your estimate without explanation.
The dentist does not sit with you and go over the treatment plan. The front office staffs gives it to you , and you must sign it if you want a copy of it. And signing it says you’ve discussed it with your Dentist when in fact you have not discussed anything with them.
