Staff was kind and professional. The doctor was quick but thorough during my initial assessment. He educated me on treatments and even gave me options to be referred to oral surgery/orthodontist for second opinion/treatment. I really appreciated that because there are many offices who try to sell unnecessary treatments nowadays.
The dental assistant Landy was very professional and personable during my X-rays. The office manager was also very professional and even stayed late to get me a quote and scheduled for treatment.

Great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The staff are all very communicable of their process and answered all my questions comprehensively. Doc was great and my dental assistants Melody and Landy did a fantastic job. They made the process as stress-free as possible and were very kind. Again, shoutout Melody and Landy for their wonderful care!

Always pushing to crown everything when it isn’t necessary. They schedule you, when you show up they ask you to remind them what you’re there for… Only to wait an hour and be rescheduled because they didn’t have things prepared to finish a $6k implant.

I went in for a toothache one of my molars had broken off and it needed pulled they did there assessments and proceeded to tell me it would cost 14 thousand dollars to do everything they needed to do i said that's a little steep to pull a tooth. The continued to extort me until I got the bill down to 3000. 00 my insurance would pay 1500.
00 and I had to finance the rest okay give me the paper and get this tooth out . I can say I will not recommend them and I will not be paying my bill they got 1500. 00 to pull a tooth extortion is a crime and I feel like I been violated by Aspen Dental!
