Everything was positive. The lady's could answer my question. They new what I wanted and the dr was just as nice as the rest of them. I know exactly what is going to happen next. Would recommend this office to everyone.

Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever received dealing with Sydney at the front desk. I wouldn't come back here if they paid me to! All I needed was my records for my new dentist's office so they can schedule me for an appointment. The dental office has been contacting them for over a week and I've been calling over the past 2 days trying to get my records sent. First of all, before even asking my name or searching my info, she tells me I need to come in to sign a release (already sent over). I told her to check it and she said it wasn't there.

Next morning they call me to say they magically received the forms and that they’ll be sent over. So I call back later that morning, only to be told again by Sydney that they didn’t have a release!!! So after I told her about the call I received, she checks and says that the release is there but there’s no email for the dental office so they had to “mail” the records instead. Okay? So I gave her my email to send me the forms instead. When I called back to check in, I was told a request was sent over to corporate because the office doesn’t handle the records??? I take the customer service number and call to confirm that they have the correct info, and lo and behold, they didn’t have my email on file but had the dental office’s email which she claimed that she didn’t have??? And to make matters worse, it was the WRONG OFFICE, so God knows who my records were “mailed” to. My experience with Sydney at the front desk has been awful and she has NO IDEA what she’s doing.

She claimed that the manager left a note saying “there’s no email for the dental office” as if she can’t look it up herself or just READ THE FORM that they sent?? She is totally incompetent and can’t even write down the correct email or read a form to save her life. If they have someone this incompetent dealing with customer interactions and representing the office then you can imagine how the rest of the office operates. I wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemies, let alone any friends or family!

Sat outside for half hour on a Thursday morning my appointment was scheduled for 8am. Employees seen me as i was the only vehicle in the parking lot I pulled in before staff.. none of them spoke to me as to what was going on so I left. Everytime I go here there is always new faces. Its shady. Avoid if possible. They lost my service after this appointment failure. 😒
