My experience was absolutely great. I hadn't seen a dentist in over10 years. Not proud of this but is a fact. I had a traumatic experience and still have issues with it but was immensely grateful to the staff at Aspen Dental for their patience and answering all the questions I had. They did not try to hurry me. One of your Check Out person, Alyssa, was very professional. She was very thorough and explained everything in layman's terms so I could understand.
If she had a question she wasn't hesitant about asking a colleague. I really appreciated that gesture. She showed me options for payment which was very helpful. She was very friendly and extremely kind. I am pleased and thankful that I found this dental office. . Sincerely Mona

I am not a fan of visiting any dental office, but it was time I needed to seek some options for myself. Everyone in the Aspen Dental office was very kind and helpful. I was a ball of nerves before walking in the door. After only a short time I felt much more at ease. After going into the lab area everything went very well and with ease.
Even after my consultation I was greeted with kindness about the outcome and my plan for my needs. Everyone was wonderful in making me feel at ease. Thank you Aspen Dental.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental! The staff was friendly and very attentive. They took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I had a tooth extraction, and it went much smoother than I expected.
It wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be, and the procedure was quick. Overall, I’m very pleased with the care I received. Great job, Aspen Dental!

My husband and I were very impressed with our first visit at Aspen in West Lebanon. My x-ray tech Zack was gentle and caring. He was great, my hygienist Samantha was very nice and informative, and Dr Stevens was excellent.
He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and explained things very well. I felt I was going to be in good hands with this office and will continue with my dental care with them.
