The staff here are very polite and very understanding. I was running late for my first appointment due to a car accident that held traffic up. I thought for sure I would need to reschedule. I arrived 15 past my appointment time and they still was able to see me. Any place else I would have had to reschedule.
The dentist and their staff are all very professional and really seem to care about their patients. They take the time to explain everything to you and help answer any questions you may have. They will also help with finance issues. I highly recommend.

These people are more interested in getting dentures made and sending you out the door then making sure they actually fit right. They were cold and uncaring with a smile on their face and being polite if that makes any sense but that was my experience. I have dentures the top plate sits too far forward and uneven.
And the bottom plate doesn't even sit in the bottom plate works more like a fulcrum and lever effectively making a teeter-totter in my bottom half of my mouth! Edit: I went in December for my fitting and the wallpaper was coming down this is April and they still haven't fixed it. They've had the remake the dentures six times and still haven't gotten it right!

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I didn’t have to wait long before being called in. The hygienist was gentle and thorough during the cleaning, explaining each step as she went along, which made me feel comfortable.
Dr was professional and took the time to answer all my questions about oral health and future treatments. I appreciated the modern equipment they used, which made the process quicker and less invasive.

I was a bit confused with the many x-rays scans before I seen a dentist or a dentall Hygienist.i have been going steady to a dentist since I was three. The staff was very professional and Courteous.. I was a bit on edge understandably. I feel unsure about the treatment plan that was set up. I will take a deep breath and wait and see.
