Dr. Flora and his team were so kind and helpful. I was scared to have a procedure done and they made my experience a good one! Definitely recommend this facility!

A palpable bad taste that gets left in your mouth after your visit to Greenleaf is not novocaine; Its the fact that as evident by their name, patient doesn't come first at Greenleaf, their greenleafs do. As soon as you get through the door you will get bombarded with things that you absolutely have to get done. They do have a state of the art set up for finding things they can charge you for. My initial estimate was around 10k for a couple of crowns and a suspicious amount of cavities. Everything was relatively painless until my third visit. That's where I sat there helpless, drill in my mouth, unable to ask any questions, wondering why dr. Flora was drilling teeth that I had to intentio to work on that day. In fact, since my concerns with that crown were purely cosmetic I wanted to give further thought if I was going to work on it all. However, Its hard to protest with a drill in your mouth, and at some point you become inclined to let them finish, put the violation behind you and forget it ever happened.
Little did I know it was not going to be an option. The bite didnt seem quite right to begin with but dr. Flora said it will feel better in time. However, in time all I got is a chronic ear infection. At first, I did not suspect that the ear infections were related at all to the work done during that visit at Greenleaf. It took a few months for the pain to spread to my throat and jaw and it became obvious that the cause of the issue was TMJ. When I told dr. Flora that my bite still didnt feel right he made a clumsy attempt to convince me that the remaining 2 cavities were to blame. But dr.
Flora did not fix the problem by working on the cavities. He used the red print paper, like they do when they eliminate excess from a filling, to shave down the crown that was entirely too large, again. There was no apology for their part in what happened, no acknowledgement of responsibility for all the discomfort. Just a bill like i didnt just have to come back so they can finish the work that shouldve been finished properly several visits ago. I applaud dr. Flora for his hustle, his equipment, his staff and his boaters tan. Unfortunately, I can't say much about his integrity, skill as a dentist, empathy or listening to his patients. I give greenleaf 3 stars because it's notoriously hard to find a good dentist in this area and it feels appropriate to grade on a curved scale.

They are so kind! The hygienists exceeded my expectations. I took my 5 year old and 7 year old and they both needed numbed and neither of them were traumatized by the experience like they had been before. The language they use for the kids makes them feel at peace and never scares them for the procedure they need done. Hands down our favorite place we have ever been.

I went to Greenleaf in 2018 upon moving back from Austin, TX. I needed a crown and had heard wonderful things. They don't take my insurance so l paid cash because I had heard their work was wonderful and I wanted a crown to last. I have since gone to a new dentist inside my network for insurance. I called Greenleaf today to see what the warranty was on my crown as it has a significant gap. Mind you, I have another crown that l've had for 15 years and is STILL perfect. Laura informed me they don't warranty their work.
RED FLAG. She also told me they'd basically fix it if I had been seeing them for dental care since then. So basically, since I can't go there because they aren't in network they just aren't going to fix it without buying a new one. A good crown should NOT be having issues at this point. I have always recommended Greenleaf, but after Laura's rude demeanor and the fact that they don't stand behind their very expensive work, NO THANK YOU.
