My filling popped out at 10pm. So I got the next soonest emergency appointment to get it filled 8am next day. The dentist tried to upcharge me saying that I needed a root canal and that even though I made a emergency appointment specifically to get it filled that they wouldn’t fill it. We’re trying to force me to make a appointment with there specific endodontist. I got another appointment at a different dentist office (1 because you can’t walk around with a giant hole in your tooth, 2 because I didn’t think a root canal made sense and was being pressured into it) the second dentist office said I just needed a filling and that there was no need for a root canal.
If your going to market yourself as affordable and emergency dentist you need to be actually able to provide the service you say you do and not try to upsell a procedure. Bad experience. Would not recommend.

Great office staff...explains things usually in great detail. Any crazy question or issue, they find a way to work it out. Very pleased with the care I've received there.

Best experience and having a tooth extraction the doctor was the best. I was having a problem with my insurance and they didn't overcharge usually you have to pay that day but they made payment arrangements with me and in the long run I didn't have to pay anything now that's a true dentist and people who care the hygienist are the best all around wonderful experience

I would never recommend this office to any of my friends or family. Do not come here for services-you are 100% better off going to a farther location or a different dentist to save you the stress. I had brought someone to their appointment twice here and they are terrible with communication, time management and just overall service. Both times their appointments had to be rescheduled on the day of including a (surgery) due to them not reaching out ahead of time for insurance billing or trying to make accommodations to reschedule an appointment as necessary. They also knowingly overbook appointments while short staffed and have you waiting over an hour in the waiting room and the exam room each.
You would have to take off an entire day just to be seen. I also had 2 bad experiences with my appointments already and will not be continuing my treatment here as well. Save yourself the trouble.
