On Sat night, 9/14, my wife's post came out and her mouth was bleeding. Not sure what to do, I called your number and got an answering service. They said if no one contacts you back within 20 minutes, please call me back. I waited 30 minutes, and called back. He said he would call the on call dentist, since the 1st time they only send out a text message. After waiting 1 hr, I called back again. . . . . several times.
. . . . no answer at the answering service???? My thoughts is that they have caller ID and didn't want to deal with me. . . . . Either the on-call dentist sucks, or you need to get a new answering service for emergencies. Thanks for the poor service

Dr Trailor is the BEST dentist I have ever had! He has done 9 implants for me with excellent results and no complications. He is kind and an artist when it comes to implants!

I’m happy for those who had a good experience. I did not. My 10 year old has a chronic illness she’s on loads of meds for and we went for a consultation after her orthodontist recommended us to do so. I was disgusted at Dr. Trailor’s reaction to her and the lack of acknowledgement of her history and my attempts to discuss what her GI specialist and her current orthodontist told me to share with him.
“Have you ever heard of a toothbrush?” was Dr. Trailor’s first comment then he proceeded to jab her in the gums and tell me she’s not a good candidate for a gingevectomy because of her anxiety and response to his invasiveness. Oh here’s a tooth squishy. That’s nice. Excuse me sir.
This child has experienced trauma in her life you know; we are working through it all the time and it would be nice to have a doctor respond in as kind a way as your staff. The women I interacted with at the desk and in the room were fabulous and very kind. I hope your other patients have never felt disregarded, shamed and unheard as we both did today.
