Everybody at Aspen dental was great very nice people and very professional. My experience was I went in for them to take an x-ray. We talked about three different plans that they have for your dentures and on the same day we did the in print of my teeth and the very next day I was going to check how the in print worked out and I was able to have my teeth by the next day.

I’m not saying everybody will have that same result, but I can say they will do everything in their power to make it as quick as possible. And again super nice people.

I have never felt more comfortable at a dentist office as I do here. I have high anxiety anytime I need to go to the dentist so I tend to avoid it completely. I needed work done and needed to find a new dentist. My sister recommended Aspen and I’m so glad she did.

The staff are all wonderful there, The dentists were so nice, patient and no judgement that I had not seen a dentist in many years. I needed a root canal and it was the easiest thing. I felt no pain and for the first time ever, being at the dentist, no anxiety. I will never go anywhere else ever again but to Aspen dental!!

They were really nice, I told them I was a little anxious since I haven’t been to a dentist office in like 3 years, they kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. They explained what they were going to do before doing it and also asking if I have any questions or concerns. They showed me the X-rays and described everything which really helped calm my nerves.

Then towards the end they helped me find a payment plan that works for my budget and a game plan for my smile.

I will not be going back! They only cared about the money. I have two teeth that obviously need attention, but all the doctor focused on was the two teeth that are missing and told me everything looked good. He kept talking about implants. The hygienist told me I needed a deep clean so when I go to schedule my appointment my main focus was to schedule the deep clean. Well when I get to the office manager she already had the price for implants printed out and on the screen.

She asked how would I like to pay. It was wasn't about the health of my teeth it was about the money. She seemed disappointed when I wanted to schedule the deep and would not let her pull my credit to see if I qualify for payment arrangements. She said it's only a soft pull. I know how it works that's why I said NO! They don't even do all the work you would need there, they refer you out.

I just didn't feel they cared. I work on a hospital setting so I know the difference between caring about the patient and caring about the money.
