I love going to Smolarek dental care because I always have a great experience. The entire staff is awesome! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. My teeth are in good hands. I've had Amy for many years as my dental hygienist...she is fabulous. Dr. Smolarek rocks too!

My wife has now had 2 appointments canceled out of 3, last minute. If we did that, we would owe a $100 cancellation fee. They can apparently do it all the time with little regard for other people’s schedules and obligations. Very rude and inconsiderate. Either hire more people or don’t fill your client schedule so much, to allow flexibility.

Avoid This Office at All Costs – Absolute Nightmare! If I could give zero stars, I would. This office is a complete disaster—staffed by utterly incompetent people who have no idea how to answer calls, return messages, or handle even the simplest tasks. They lied to me for nine weeks about my Invisalign treatment, repeatedly telling me my aligners had shipped but failing to provide tracking. From week 4 to week 7, I called weekly for updates, only to be met with excuses and radio silence. Even Invisalign themselves were shocked at the lack of communication from this office. At week 7, after going in two days in a row demanding answers, I finally spoke to the dentist, who was completely unaware of the situation.

He at least seemed apologetic and offered to cover the remainder of the treatment cost (which, at most, was a couple hundred dollars since I had already paid in full). I gave him the benefit of the doubt and agreed, scheduling an appointment for two weeks later. Fast forward to that appointment—no update, no response. Since their office refuses to answer phones, I had to go in yet again. I asked the front desk to have the doctor call me once he was done with a procedure. Nine hours later, I finally received a call from the dentist, only to be told that he would not be completing my Invisalign treatment and had never received my aligners.

So after nine weeks of waiting, I was left completely stranded. A treatment that should have taken me 10 weeks total was delayed for nothing. I was repeatedly lied to, ignored, and strung along by this incompetent office. The fact that this place has so many bad reviews should’ve been my warning, and I regret not listening. Save yourself the headache—STAY FAR AWAY from this place!

Tried coming back as a patient now that I have insurance accepted by this dentist. However, was quickly reminded that they do not answer phone calls or return messages. That hasn’t changed in the few years that I’ve been gone.

The same voice is on the phone recording, and for 3 weeks I’ve been calling and leaving messages with no response. The dentist is fine, but not sure how he can tolerate this very incompetent office staff.
