Today was my first visit for a consultation so I didn’t have any work done other than X-rays and molds made for Dentures. I loved how you can select your initial appointment online. Walking into the office the reception room is fairly small, which can be a good thing. Maybe 8-10 seats. I was quickly met by the receptionist and she handed me a tablet to fill out my health history.

The tablet was nice and straightforward, easy to get through. After I was done, the dental assistant got me within 5 minutes and immediately took me back for X-rays and the other things. The entire staff was friendly and were nonjudgmental. All my life I’ve been struggling and embarrassed with my teeth along with traumatic experiences at other dentists. I actually felt pretty at ease there, still slightly embarrassed but they acted like it was nothing out of the ordinary.

After everything was done I met with their finance person who went over costs, plans and options. I’ll be getting my procedure done next week, hopefully I’ll still like them lol.

I have been going to Aspen Dental for 1. 5 years now and have been seeing Malinda for my cleanings. The phrase "Experience Wins" is absolutely true! She is super efficient with her cleanings and doesn't waste time to get you in and out as fast as possible.

You can tell she has been doing this a long time and knows exactly how to do her job. The entire process is painless and she makes you feel welcomed. I hope she stays at this location!

Came in with a broken tooth that I was hoping to get promptly fixed. Ended up with a dental exam, no cleaning and then a giant sales pitch on all of the stuff I did not need to hear about when I only wanted to get a crown on my broken tooth. No time for that of course but lots more talk about how I could get this old crown redone or change this or that other filling out for a new one and here's the payment plan blah blah blah.

Finely got tired of the sales pitch and just went to another Dentist and got my crown. Got my bill today and WITH my very good dental insurance these clowns sent me a bill for $420 for JUST a dental exam and xrays which by the way were not even good enough for the other dentist to use (they redid them at no cost to me). Unless you just enjoy a good sales pitch and are willing to shell out $420 for the experience, I would spare yourself the hassle and go to a dentist office if you need dental work done and spare yourself the used car dealership experience here at Aspen.

It was wonderful. From the front desk to X-ray to the check with Dentist then my check with dental hygienist, Malinda and then checking out. I have never had an experience like that at any medical appointment. So glad my sister recommended them.
