From the time you walk through the door, staff make you feel at ease. The ease continues whether you are there for a cleaning or dental work. As a young child, I had a traumatic event with a dentist that has stayed with me (62 years old). The trauma never goes away but can be lessened with the right provider. The ease continued with Dr. Gibson.
His chairside manner was clear from the time he walked in the room; professional, kind and caring. He wanted me to be at ease by letting me know what would be next in the procedure and asked how I was along the way. All of the staff mirrored Dr. Gibson; professional, kind and caring. This type of caring can only be achieved if it is fostered from the top down. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We have been patients of the Gibson family, starting with the father, who has since retired, and now with Dr. John. I don't understand the 2 negative comments from prior reviews, but you honestly cannot find a better Dentist or his staff. They make you feel like you are a valued customer and welcome your visit. Kara bends over backwards to help with finances and insurance issues and welcomes you with a huge smile.
Greta is the most competent, gentle, and thorough hygienist with a super personality! I can't say enough about Christine who has such a huge heart and a caring persona and I love our conversations. Dr. Gibson is a phenomenal dentist and strives towards giving you a painless and professional visit. This entire staff is dedicated towards giving you the best care and I love them all. This is the first dentist (and staff) that we have ever truly enjoyed going to! You will never regret their services!

Dr Gibson and his team are great. I’ve been going to them for over 20 years. One thing that sets their practice apart is that they actually care about their patients and take the time to get to know them and their specific needs.

Dr. Gibson has been my Dentist for over a year now. I had several teeth fixed because of lack of proper care in the past.
The team at this office has showed genuine care. The personalized attention and emphasis on patient comfort make this practice exceptional!!! I get to watch TV on the ceiling with Headphones on if the process is going to take a while :) Everyone is so friendly and engaging! They CARE about You as Person Not just as a patient! I LOVE IT HERE
