First time at this office. What a great experience. Everyone was so kind and down to earth. The whole staff was so professional, but the best part was that they genuinely cared about me. It is so refreshing to find a group of medical care professionals that are so personable and friendly. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I felt very deceived going here for a cleaning. I was told I had to get my teeth cleaner before they would clean them. WHAT? I mean that was the whole reason I went there to get them to clean them. Then afterwards they told me that the dentist had to do $1900. 00 worth of work. I have pathetic insurance that only covers $500. So therefore I would have to pay the other $1400 out of my pocket if I wanted to go forward. Now, I had taken the time to schedule 2 more appointments before hand.

After I scheduled the 2 appointments the receptionist said OK which plan would you like? Here are your options one plan was 19. 9% interest at 40 some dollars a month for 4 years. The other was interest free for 18 months at $78/month. I asked if I could get my own financing and was told yes if I paid 50% now and 50% at the last appointment. I did not come prepared to pay that kind of money. Beware of this office's deceptive practices.

Loved the hygienist, loved the doctor, loved the assistant! However, on the business end of things (finances) I felt the whole thing was lacking in care. It was a shame that their office policy is to pay for your services in advance that haven’t even been started in order to schedule. Being Aspen Dental is in network with my insurance, they should check the agreement they have with them and they will see it is against the rules of said agreement.

I told the financial coordinator that I would pay for my services on the day treatment is rendered then I was told I would at least have to pay a deposit in order to schedule. I was also told that unfortunately a few patients didn’t show for a scheduled treatment visit (which is awful), but I do show up for my appointments and refuse to be penalized because of it. If you plan to go here for treatment, make sure you know exactly what your insurance has contracted with them and don’t sign your life away.

Do NOT pay in advance for treatment not rendered. They make their money by doing this. No more corporation dentistry for this lady!

I want to extend my gratitude to Team Aspen at the Concord Parkway location for a smooth and excellent check-up. As a new patient, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcomed I felt, with everyone treating me with the utmost respect, regardless of my dental issues or questions. Starting with the front desk clerk, X-ray tech, dentist, and finishing with management, the experience was exceptional.
