My initial appointment was so good, even with the group of students who took over and performed the xray. At the end of my appointment, I was given a quote for 2 crowns at $675 each and a cleaning that would be at no cost. I was excited about this because the price of the 2 crowns at this office is the amount I paid for one at a different dentist. I decided to make an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. Once I got back there the first day employee was really nice and but she was getting help from another employee, a lady, who seemed ok and obviously more knowledgeable about the job. I do have a healthcare background so I tend to listen a lot in healthcare facilities, especially when I’m the patient.

As they talked the lady eventually told me that my service had been changed to a 2 part service, which was fine. I did ask why and she explained. Then they left. When they came back the lady asked me if anyone had told me that my fee for the service would be out of pocket. I said no because the last thing i signed said my service would be free. At the time I was facing the tv because no one was ever directly speaking to me so I had no reason to not be facing their work area and there was a good movie on.

She then says “Are you going to turn around or do you want me to put this on the tv?” Rude as hell if you ask me The paper she had was signed but those are not the numbers I signed off on. I know that quotes are not always exact and that things change. My issue is that if I had no idea about a 2 part service how would I know about the fee that comes with it? Why would she not just let me know about the changes, which she did, and explain the fee instead of insulting my intelligence and calling me a liar.

I don’t usually write reviews but I recently brought my mom in for her denture appointment and she is just so happy with her new smile I just had to share. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and the appointment went by much faster than we expected without feeling rushed. Highly recommend!!!

Dr dunn He is the best dentist I have ever met. he really cares about his patients He is very kind, professional, I am very grateful for helping me and explaining to me the process that my teeth required. The atmosphere in the place is super calm and you can feel the good energy of Dr. Dunn.

It made me feel that I was in good hands and that everything would turn out well and it did. I can smile with confidence, each person deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, let me tell you that this is the right place if you need a dentist, their team always answered my calls about my questions, they really made me feel very safe, the place was super clean, the whole team was very friendly, I also thank Karen who was the assistant from Dr. Dunn throughout my entire process, super professional. always attentive if I needed anything, and helped me calm down when I was nervous God bless you Karen thank you very much and God bless you doctor Dunn🙏🏼
