The service was really fantastic! Pam at the front desk was really sweet and helpful after my check up. Cece was a great dental assistant and very sweet. Ki was quick and precise with my gum and bone check up, and Doctor Kim was incredibly kind, informative, and thorough. It was a great visit!

A complete scam. Called them because they were in network for a broken tooth. I was told they would check it and i would be given a tx plan. Well they took about 13 xrays if all my teeth not just the broken one despite my reminding them why I was there. To make a long excruciating story short. . . I was eventually led to a cubicle where an upside piece of paper was slid across the desk like i was buying a car. The total was 20k for my TX plan. I asked for itemization. Didnt get one. Only a few items written in pen. And yes thats 20k with insurance.

When i refused it and asked about the broken tooth again. . another upside down number. This time 11k but with a discount pamphlet. I turned that down as well. Not to worry. . . they offered to pull my credit 6 times to see if I could finance. Let's not forget the down payment i would need before treatment. That doesn't happen for a major surgery much less the Dentist. An absolute insurance gouger and scam organization.

The staff was great! I needed a lot of work & in 4 short months I was better than back to normal! Dr. Kim is excellent, she talked me through it all & made me feel at ease. Nayeli was very kind & helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I have crippling anxiety, which prevented me from going to a Dentist for years. Unfortunately, the neglect was bad and I needed to go to have some issues looked at. I called Aspen dental ahead and let them know of my severe anxiety and they assured me they understood and that I could have my husband with me the entire time. Everyone who worked with me was so incredibly nice, patient, understanding, and supportive. I had x-rays, a full digital mouth scan, met with the hygienist, the doctor, the coordinator, and had a full deep cleaning. I was there for three hours and never had a panic attack or felt one coming.

They listened to me about my concerns and thoroughly answered all of my many questions. I have to go back for some procedures and I’m not even worried. They truly made me feel cared for, and I love that the staff is primarily women. Everyone is so knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. I am actually looking forward to my next visit.
