Fantastic! Best dentist I’ve been to. Just switched to Advanced after previous dentist told me I needed all of my fillings replaced. Which I thought didn’t sound right and I was right, no need. I’ve had a cleaning and 2 repairs. Very comfortable there, gentle and professional. I highly recommend!

Do not go there! They tried to steal us. After giving us a pre estimate of the benefits and out of pocket cost (and after we told them we did not want any surprise expenses), they ended up billing us an extra $200 (that we would not have agreed on if known before). As a sign of good faith we tried to negotiate the bill with them and they agreed on the phone to give us a 20% off discount that they BACKED OUT of a few days later.
Very dishonest people and little respect for their customer, the worst of them being the manager Flora.

My family had to find a new dentist. So I found one in our network and gave it a shot. I have noting but good things to say about Advanced Dental Solutions and Dr Norten. Myself and my 3 youngest went in and EVERYONE was nice, friendly and helpful.
Girls had to have some additional work done and Dr Norten was fantastic with my “nervous Nellie” and she said “I barely felt it mom!” Did have a bit of a billing issue, but the staff was very accommodating and helpful in making payment arrangements. Plan on being life long patients.
