I had a terrible first experience at Midtown Dental Miami. I came in for a simple routine cleaning—my first visit—and was told they needed to do X-rays, a saliva test, and a gum test first. That took about 45 minutes. Once that was finally done, they said I could proceed with the cleaning. Then I was left waiting for another 45 minutes. I asked multiple times what was going on, and each time I was told the person who does the cleaning was busy with another patient.

Eventually, they admitted the person was actually on their lunch break and I’d have to wait another 15 minutes. At that point, I just left. Even though the staff was kind, this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I took time off work for this appointment, spent two full hours there, and never even got my teeth cleaned. Completely unacceptable.

I came here an the service is great. They are super nice and always willing to help you. Angie Marie is always there with the best smile and greatest actitud 🫶🏽 Arlet is awesome as well she guided me through all the steps and really took her time to explain. The doctor Muskar is super nice. I’ll will keep coming back.

I had the best experience here. All the staff and all the medical staff, the front desk and doctor absolutely calmed all my nerves and anxieties from the troubles and were super conscious of cost and how that could affect me and they helped Me maximize my benefits and just made me feel less alone and scared in the process. Super grateful for them. And specific shout out to Arlette and Keylin for embodying the true meaning of customer service and making sure I had everything I needed to feel prepared for this process and knowledgeable about all the coverage factors in and out of my control.

. And Dr Gabriella is incredible physician and human being and the best dentist I’ve ever known in my life. She completely changed my perspective and will be my soul reason for fixing all my dental concerns. She reassured me that I was in good hands she educated me and honestly dried my tears as I have a fear of surgery.

Thank you again for all you guys do I hate the dentist but this place made a difficult situation a lot easier for me so I solely love it here.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and professionalism. The customer service here is truly top-tier!! Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. The office itself is spotless and incredibly well-maintained. They are also amazing at confirming appointments and are super accommodating when it comes to scheduling (something I really appreciate with a busy schedule. ) Dr.

Mauskar is not only highly skilled but also compassionate and patient, taking the time to explain everything and ensure you're comfortable every step of the way. Mercy and Mafe, are both fantastic: friendly, efficient, and always with a smile. And I can't forget Victoria, the hygienist, who does an outstanding job. If you're looking for a dentist's office that truly cares and goes the extra mile, this is the one. Thank you to the whole team for making every visit a great experience!
