This was a sad, horrible, and stressful experience. I have a chipped tooth and was only going to see a dentist for this matter but I ended up with Dr. Bella Beck. Dentist and cosmetic dentist. Dr. Bella Beck would not be my #1 choice to have any procedure done in my mouth. Dr. Bella Beck is very rude, unprofessional and falsely assumes me. She falsely accused me of being anxious and getting upset. I was calm and wanted my questions answered while she was evaluating me but no, she brushed me off and then told me that my bite is unacceptable and that I have to get dental implants. I don't have thousands of dollars lying around to get cosmetic surgery done so please don't assume. I had questions about laughing gas and she was "in a hurry" so just told the staff to add it onto my active treatment plan which is a total cost of $27,000. She cut me off in conversation by saying that she is giving me "the best treatment plan. " (in the meantime, the appt only lasted 15 mins). Then I met Gianna (financial rep). First she said it is 69 new patient special and the other rest of the amt will be for my future appt. She ran a soft credit called Cherry. I did additional research and it becomes a hard credit after you pay for it.

Gianna ignored that I pay rent elsewhere. You don't know my income and what my bills are so you aren't helping me except trying to rip me off. I paid $178. 58 in reference to Cherry Technologies. I did not get a receipt. It doesn't explain in detail what exactly I paid for. Then Gianna charges the rest onto my Cherry Technologies acct. Still nothing on what I am paying for. She says that she will work with me but acts on it differently. I scheduled an appt for 5/16/25 to get 2 extractions, cleaning, and alignments for "my unacceptable bite". Over the weekend, I thought it over and followed my instinct that I would never want Dr. Bella Beck, a rude, unprofessional, not caring cosmetic dentist working in my mouth because after all I need to feel comfortable and trust the dentist to be in my mouth. So I called on 5/3/25 and Gianna picked up the phone and I informed her that I want to cancel and I don't want Dr. Bella Beck. She tried to make things work by having Dr. Fatmi to see me but informed me that he doesn't work Fridays. After two more days, I called again on 5/5/25 to cancel because I already saw Dr. Bella Beck and she already put a bad impression on representing Regency Court so no thank you.

On 5/6/25, I called again and asked about the charge of $178. 58 and the $1899 and some change on the Cherry acct. Gianna said that it will take 7-10 business days and 7-14 business days. Why should I have to wait? Again nothing on paper only word of mouth. Originally $69 was the new patient deal and now the $69 is my co-pay instead according to Gianna. $109. 58 originally would go to my future appt and now the $109. 58 is towards my x-rays. I have attachments of what my dental insurance paid and that I was seen by Dr. Bella Beck. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH and don't go to this practice to be scammed and ripped off like me! This practice doesn't care about your health, they say they do but they only care about scamming your money and verbally saying things instead of proving it on paper. Also, when you cancel your appointments, Gianna gets rude and unprofessional and rushes you off the phone. This practice owes me at least $109. 58. This is the first dentist that never gave me a receipt and is dishonest, rude and unprofessional . My dental insurance already paid 118. 00.

Extremely nice office staff! I have always been terrified of the dentist but the office and associates that work here are above and beyond way better than anywhere! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable , and very caring people. Highly, highly recommend! Extremely grateful for this office.

Staff is friendly yet bad experience after bad experience. I paid $10,400 for a few veneers and it’s been a nightmare. The temp teeth broke 3x’s and the veneers have came off 4 different occasions over the past 3 months since the work was done. I asked to be compensated for my uber trips and I got ignored.

Now I’m seeking legal help since slowly all my veneers are turning to crowns bc the doctor didn’t warn me teeth soften and veneers sometimes can only be installed once. Today they adjusted my bite for the 4th after reinstalling a veneer and hopefully the final time. Be careful before you invest your money here.

The billing coordinator is not very friendly nor is she customer focused. I went here to have some treatment for my teeth, only to find out after a review of the treatment plan that they use a specialist that is not in network for my insurance. I think she is ok with me having to pay $8,000 in work when my insurance can pay most of this if they were in network. My ask was to get a referral to another doctor that was and I specially asked her to email me, but she came back to say that my dentist was out of the office until Monday (today). She refused to send me a referral because “she’s not a Dr” I asked if another dentist can do it and she said no.

She would email me a general referral. Of course no email was sent. Now I will just go to another provider. I suggest you be upfront and explain things better and get someone that has an overall better attitude dealing with the public.
