I went in for a standard check up appointment. Everything was going good with the lady who was taking my xrays but when waiting for the doctor i was appalled. Two families had already left because of the insane wait time. I was sitting in that room for almost an hour, i asked someone do you know how much longer i need to wait because its already been an hour. She came back and said its gonna be around another 40+ minutes.

I have a life so i couldn't wait all that time… in total just waiting for someone to look at my X-rays and say “all good”, a 2 minute interaction, would take around 2 hours. I think got my things and went to the front where this receptionist was and after waiting having to wait almost 2 hours she was treating me like a piece of trash for not being able to wait 2 freaking hours for an okay. Whoever hired the receptionist that was working the front on 12 pm on 07-31-25 needs to fire her. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be changing dentists after this because this is ridiculous.

My appointment was at 10am, i left at 12 something. Keep in mind if i had waiting there for however long the wanted me too, i wouldnt left at 1 something. DONT BECOME A CLIENT HERE unless you want to be treated like you dont matter and like you are trash.

No other place I’d rather get treatment at! From the front desk staff to the hygienist, general dentist, and his assistants, everyone is very kind and attentive. Nabi and Rocio made my appointment scheduling a breeze! Shout out to Diana and Rosa for being so patient with me while taking X-rays, this was the most uncomfortable part of the visit in my opinion. Maria, the hygienist is very gentle and sweet.

She took her time with my cleaning and made sure my teeth were spotless and squeaky clean. I’m glad to be a patient at Great Expressions, I had an amazing experience! 100% recommend if you’re looking for a dental office with attentive and detail oriented staff! You guys rock! 🤘🏻

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. My experience with Dr. Nicholas was one of the most memorable experiences I had throughout my braces journey. He really dedicated his time and cared about my smile, and I always looked forward to come to every appointment.

Dr. Nicholas made my smile beautiful and I will forever be grateful that he did! Here’s a before and after of my teeth starting my braces and the finishing product. I have never been more in love with my smile and have never felt so confident! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication. 🥹

This office provides great service as well as it is always kept clean and smells great. Dr. Garcia is amazing and very nice, he wants the best for you. He provides great service and tries to get you the best results possible as quick as possible and for the lowest cost possible. The whole front desk staff is also amazing and very nice.
