Dental Clinics in Lake Worth Rd, Lake Worth Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida

As I have a DMO this was the closest place that can see my children relatively soon. Upon bringing them for their cleaning, my husband was informed that no parents are allowed in the back. They are four and seven. That is odd in itself and as someone who is well-versed in HIPAA compliance, it has nothing to do with HIPAA as was explained. I was told my seven-year-old had eight cavities and required three crowns as well as a tooth extraction. Additionally, the dentist was not present to speak to my husband, and the assistant hand it over the treatment plan with no real explanation. I saw a second opinion, paid out of pocket and was told that he had no need for crowns or extractions and a few small cavities that could be watched as they are on baby teeth. Only two needed to be treated. When they called to schedule his appointments for his treatments, I explained why we would not be returning very nicely and they were not surprised at all. I do not recommend this practice.

The ladies at the front desk were welcoming, but the dentist wasn’t! She wasn’t friendly nor nice. I would give them 1 star, if you’re looking for a dentist I wouldn’t recommend this place. Keep looking, it’s better out there 😊
