Hands down the BEST dental care EVER. Everyone from the front desk to the dentists are AMAZING! I understand that sometimes you have not a good procedures, but you should weigh the good n the bad like my mom taught me growing up. As for my experience n my mom in law.. Be cautious before choosing this dental office. I recently received a bill for a deep cleaning that happened over a year ago ($800). It seems they failed to properly follow up with my insurance and are now trying to hold me responsible for the balance. By the time they realized the issue, the deadline to correct it had likely passed, so now they’re shifting the burden onto me.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. The hygienist was extremely rough during cleanings, and the charges were excessive. Receiving a surprise bill over a a year later was just the final straw and why I decided to post a review. I’m glad I returned to my previous dental office.
They’re professional, efficient, and I’ve never had a single issue with billing or care. Also, be prepared for same-day cancellations, this happened to me more than once. They expect you to pay a fee if you cancel last minute, but when they cancel on you with no warning, there’s no compensation for your time or lost income.
