Omg they are life saviors!!! So I was living in Palm Springs California and I had 2 failed root canals. So I picked modern dentistry (huge mistake) to do the surgery. The doctor did not sedate me but broke my jaw, let pieces of my tooth in . It got infected, dry socket and cuts all over my mouth. The dentist that actually worked there pulled me aside and said don’t ever come back here because they are butchers. So that led me to Dr, Luzar to fix me well he messed it up even more with his brand new fancy AI Robot. From the moment we started I should have just walked out. While numb they clamped my chin for almost 2 hours as the called the company to learn how to calibrate the machine. In that time the ripped all the skin off my bone so now I’ll have months of pain . Also it paralyzed my face, I have nerve damage. So I fly back home to Florida. This is where the most talented honest, people came into my life. Highly referred by Dr boner. To only use Dr Kaplan. After 1 phone call they got me in right away. Scanned me , x-ray and actually had compassion for me. He told me everything that went wrong and everything we could do to fix it. Nothing was a guarantee. So we decided before taking the implant out we would try prednisone and pain meds. Well that was fine until Friday . I came in to see them for a Quick Look at my mouth and said the pain is 50% down. Well by lunch it was radiating through my whole face . The worst thing happened. The implant failed. No what it’s 4 pm on Friday and I texted Dr Kaplan . He called immediately and he said I would need to make it through the weekend and I would be his first client on Monday. By this time I was in tears and I thought I was going to check myself in the the hospital for a weekend morphine drip. The. It happened, Dr Kaplan called me back and assembled a team to come run on Saturday to do the surgery (next morning) omg AMAZING!!!! We were in and out. They sedated me , numb me did his magic and I could immediately tell radiating pain was gone. So kind, so talented, so caring. This is what you want when you don’t feel good. The whole team at Dr Kaplan’s have been superstars!!!! I’m so blessed and thankful I found them…..

I am 65 years old and still scared of anything done in my mouth as far as dental work goes. My dentist recommended Dr. Kaplan for putting in this post for my Implant. I am in the customer service coaching business . After my experience with his whole office and staff, I can understand why he has 5 rating !!! I can't imagine a better experience than this. Highly recomend him
