My personal experiences at Nova dental were always very good. It is absolutely true that you need 3 to 4 hours for each appointment, and even for a simple cleaning it usually takes two visits. This is definitely not the place for someone short on time. This is the place for people who can give their time for excellent and affordable dental care.

Friend tried for two years to get dental work done. Over that time friend went through multiple dental students assigned to her. Issues arose and has been in pain for the last couple of months. Because of the ongoing issues and wait times to get in and the minimum two hours of being there we were force to go to a regular dentist two times to try to fix what seems like shabby work. I’ve called to speak to an administrator, left messages never got a response. Couple of days ago I received a call where the representative asked about the issue. Explained to her and she promised to inform the manager. Still no call back. Would not recommend going this route at all.
