What are people saying about dental clinics near Plantation, Broward County, Florida?

This is a review for dental clinics near Plantation, Broward County, Florida:

DO NOT GO HERE — UNPROFESSIONAL & DISHONEST - They need to be investigated This is by far the most unprofessional dental office I’ve ever encountered. They are known for scamming patients, and unfortunately, I experienced it firsthand. They will blatantly lie to your face — even when you’re absolutely certain about your coverage or treatment options. Expect them to push you to pay out of pocket for things your insurance does cover and to tell you services are “unavailable” when they clearly are. But it gets worse. The behavior here is wildly inappropriate. Staff — including nurses — will flirt with patients, make uncomfortable comments, and even ask completely unrelated and offensive questions, including personal and political topics like the Israel-Palestine war. It’s bizarre, uncomfortable, and completely out of line for a professional healthcare setting. I truly cannot stress this enough: stay away from this place. If you care about your time, money, health, or even basic respect — go anywhere else.

I had an apt last week as a new patient. I checked in ten mins early. 30 mins after I checked in I asked the front desk how long it would be and was told “any minute now”. But it seems I wasnt checked in at all because as I sat back down I was handed my new patient paper work to fill out. After another 30 mins I was called back to get my x rays done and was out in a room to wait ANOTHER 30 mins just sitting and I had to leave and reschedule because after 90 mins I didnt have time to wait for the dr any longer. So I had to reschedule my apt for first thing monday morning (today) I was told I was the first apt and would be in and out. I am currently in a chair sitting in a room with nurses walking in and not saying a word. I had a nurse sitting in the room doing nothing waiting for the computer to turn on who was coughing without a mask on. Another nurse Nigel (the only person to have any sort of communication with me either visit)walked by and told her she needed to put a mask on so she didnt get me sick. After waiting half an hour in this chair because the Dr was not even in the building, the Dr came in the room said Hi how are you. Poked around in my mouth for less than a min, spoke only to the nurse in the room and everyone left. Left me reclined in my seat with no communication whether I was done or if they would be right back. The front desk woman finally came into my room and handed me a bill for future visits. I asked what charges were for, she didnt know what the purpose of anything was and had to ask someone else. The dr never came in to speak to me. No one could explain anything without asking for help. The rooms were dirty and gross. I absolutely will not be coming back and I would never recommend this practice. They do not care about your time, they dont cRe to explain what you need done or what the process is. They literally have signs in the rooms that every patient needs some form of treatment plan before walking out the door. They only want your money. 0/10 never again. Two visits and two and half hours wasted for poor bedside manner and a thirty second exam from a Dr who seemed like they rather be anywhere else.
