My personal experiences at Nova dental were always very good. It is absolutely true that you need 3 to 4 hours for each appointment, and even for a simple cleaning it usually takes two visits. This is definitely not the place for someone short on time. This is the place for people who can give their time for excellent and affordable dental care.

Friend tried for two years to get dental work done. Over that time friend went through multiple dental students assigned to her. Issues arose and has been in pain for the last couple of months. Because of the ongoing issues and wait times to get in and the minimum two hours of being there we were force to go to a regular dentist two times to try to fix what seems like shabby work. I’ve called to speak to an administrator, left messages never got a response.

Couple of days ago I received a call where the representative asked about the issue. Explained to her and she promised to inform the manager. Still no call back. Would not recommend going this route at all.

What a waste of time and money it was to have treatment at NSU odontology clinic for six months. Came out with my teeth in worse shape and over $2,000 poorer. Bureaucratic and out of touch with patients, this place was a big disappointment. Stay away, no matter if it sounds cheaper at first.

You will end up spending hours on a chair with far in between appointment to accomplish very little. Take my advice.

I went in for a consultation for a dental implant. I was told that my first visit was going to be $120. Well, I gotta check up no x-rays and it was charged 150 when I questioned. They told me that the Doctor should look at my teeth. Well, that's what I went in for. Anyways, they gave me a second appointment. And then they told me that the consultation would be $120. Then I went to pay and that was charged 135, and the explanation was that my gums were examined by your Doctor to check the bone density, which I didn't agree to that. I did.

N't requested that service. I just went to get one tooth extracted and then put it in an implant. And she end up taking the tooth out and putting a bone and membrane and I was giving a plastic cover with the whole sides of the whole which I have an original gapp between 2. Tooth but they gave me 2 gaps. So I didn't agree to that I wasn't shown what I was going to be paying for so I asked for my money back and Doctor Garcia. She had to leave class to come and refund me. My money and she was like very angry. I don't know. Why would you be angry? It was not a good fit from my mouth.

So what should I pay for?. And I've been calling them for 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them. I went to another dentist. I got an X-ray. It doesn't show that I had nor bone implant or membrane so the rest I live it up to you and I did not go to the clinic. I went strictly with the surgeon a license dentist.
