Thank you for making my visit pleasant. I have always been nervous when going to the dentist, but everyone made me feel very comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly, I was seen on time, my cleaning was pain free, went over my treatment plan with coordinating manager. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Unfortunately my experience with Aspen Dental has been both costly and morally concerning. I don't often write 1 star reviews, but felt the need to share for consideration of others where they put their trust. I have historically spotless dental health (no history of cavities, pain, etc. ) so was shocked to be told I had 4 cavities that needed filling and needed a Gingival cleaning, all costing over $700 with insurance. I was told that I cannot opt for a normal cleaning, and also falsely told that gingivitis cannot be cured.

I was told to reschedule for these appointments and fortunately did not. Trusting their may be truth there but wanting to verify, I received a second opinion from a highly rated/long running dentist in the area and received a second evaluation as well as had them review the same x-rays taken by Aspen Dental. Their impression was no gum disease, no cavities, and no need for any additional non-standard care. This on top of the fact that I recently received a bill because Aspen dental incorrectly submitted two claims from two separate days to my insurance for billing when I only ever had one appointment/visit there for a (free with insurance) annual evaluation and cleaning. When reaching out to the email of the regional manager I was given from an automated follow-up, I received an auto-reply saying she is out of office until November and I was only given names, not any contact information, about who to contact next.

Cumulatively, the staff were nice and I do not hold personal ill will towards them. However, these practices and recommendations for possibly unnecessary operations and fraudulent billing bring me great concern, and I recommend you approach them carefully with this in mind.

The hygienist known as Said was attentive and awesome when it came to my deep cleaning! My teeth have never been whiter or felt cleaner. Thanks to the rest of the staff as well you guys were all amazing and nice 👍 😀 Although the billing is very expensive here.. and I have doubts on the cost of everything so as usual (trust but verify)
