My appointment was 9:30, got X-ray and a tooth extraction (that my regular dentist couldn't pull out)..... out of the office by 10 am. Staff was very friendly and nice. If I need any more work done on my teeth I will definitely go back here! Also recommending to friends and family!

I scheduled an appointment for a first time patient, specifically stating I needed my teeth cleaned. They were to verify that they took my insurance and call back before my appointment. I never received the call back but went for the appointment anyway. When I got to the office I once again said I was there as a new patient and needed my teeth cleaned. She said they a $29. 00 special so I did not need insurance. I told her I was not interested in the special because I had insurance. Then ask her if they honor my insurance, to which she replied she would check. After waiting over 30 minutes I was notified they honored my insurance.

I was taken into a exam room then moved to two different xray rooms. Multiple xrays were taken and I was returned to the exam room. After waiting to long the dentist came in examined my teeth nor offering advise. I told her I had decay on both teeth on either side of my bridge and it needed replaced. I also had to point out that I needed a filling in one of my front teeth! She then went to get a quote for the replacement bridge. Finally, another lady came in and said to follow her to discuss the cost. At this point I told her I would like to have my teeth cleaned before leaving the room. At this point she informed me there would not be a dental assistant in the office until 2 months later. I could schedule a cleaning at that time.

I WAS REALLY UPSET. When I made the appointment I made it clear I wanted my teeth cleaned at that appointment. After receiving their $14,000. 00 quote for the bridge I left and was completely discussed. I felt Aspen did not care what I wanted but were more interested in billing my insurance for multiple x-rays. My appointment was a sham. All they wanted was to bill the x-rays. I do not recommend Aspen Dental!!!!

Very nice and professional I had to have 10 teeth removed for upper dentures. Had me in and out pretty quick. I think they look great, although still a bit sore but knew that would happen. My top teeth softened and started to break a couple years ago, I’ve tried to hide my since then. Can’t wait to start smiling again.

I'm not typically the one to write a review so bare with me but I have never had worse service in my life. It's starts with them losing the impressions to make the dentures. I called them and asked when my dentures would be ready to pick up three days before my surgery and when they checked, they came back and said they couldn't find the impressions. At that point I had to rush in and do the entire awful process again, but at the Newport location because the Florence location periodically just isn't open. Next, I went to get the dentures looked at/resized after the initial swelling went down and they were extremely uncomfortable and they rocked in my mouth.

I told the dental assistant that they were uncomfortable and they just stared at me and got what I assume to be a supervisor. The supervisor/dentist entered the room visibly upset and just pressed on my dentures and told the assistant that "its fine" and to just have me give it a chance and go home with them, and I can make another appointment to have them worked on later. As I was leaving to make the appointment, staff had a DOG in the office. Then, there was a time that I set an appointment and then Aspen Dental cancelled it for me, then made me wait THREE WEEKS for my replacement appointment. Service with aspen dental has been absolutely horrible.

My teeth still hurt when I wear them. But hey, at least my smile is pretty! If you can help it, I absolutely do not recommend using Aspen Dental.
