Today is as a great day. They did everything I needed to work on a broken tooth & added that tooth to my partial denture. The staff were all wonderful. They made me feel blessed. Now I will be able to chew on that side when it’s healed. Thanks, to everyone at Aspen Dental & Dr. Kim to make it happen.

All of the staff at the reception desk are very friendly. The dental techs and dentists are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and upfront about the procedure process. The dentist even provided me with various recommendations to protect my teeth from wear and cavities. The checkout is fast, simple and easy. They even took the time to let me know how much I would have to pay out of pocket if I wanted to make an appointment for any of the recommendations the dentist made.

They made me feel like I was their most important patient. Super professional. I like that there is no pressure to schedule an appointment. They leave the decision making process up to the individual.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at the Aspen Dental office in Hazleton PA While I had a positive interaction with some of the staff, the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the office were extremely poor there was virtually dust on all the equipment the floor were dirty and entire facility lacked proper sanitation additional, there was absolutely no privacy during the consultation with made me feel very uncomfortable. What concerns me even more is that the dentist insisted that a crown 👑 was the only possible treatment for my condition, however I have since had a second opinion elsewhere and I was offered an entire different and more appropriate procedure. This clearly indicated that the recommendation made at Aspen Dental was not only inaccurate but also misleading.

This experience left me feeling disappointed and concerned about the quality of care being provided at this location. I hope appropriate measures are taken to improve the cleanliness, professionalism and integrity of the service. an extremely poor cleaning.

Place was clean and people were professional and friendly. Too bad that all they're looking for is to diagnose big, expensive procedures. They look for every little thing they can find that will cost big-time money. Then on top of that, they refuse to do any other procedures, like just a regular, routine cleaning, until all of the big, expensive stuff is done and paid for FIRST.

A greedy sham just looking to get richer quicker, plain and simple. My family and I will not be returning.
