All has been going well since I first visited this office in 2024. Fast forward to week ago. Showed up for my 11:15 appointment and was checked in at the front desk. Sat for few minutes then was called in to speak with a young lady. She started by telling me that my insurance would not cover the remaining $1600 because of time between my last procedure and that they would not see me that day unless I paid the $1600. I actually chuckled because it had to be a joke. I asked her how is that possible since I have had multiple appointments over the past 6 months and was never told this. Her response. .

. . "the claim literally closed this morning". again I said that it was not making any sense and that I found it very strange that the claim closed that morning and no one notified me. She said that she could call my insurance to clarify. Now, asking questions like what if I used the remaining of the finance amount. her response. . .

"they won't let you do that". I have been a round for awhile so I can sense when I am getting total BS. So I decided to leave and called my insurance myself. They confirmed that I had to pay the balance out of pocket but that the office was notified of this back in November 2024!!! I then called the finance company that covered my out of pocket and told them the story. Imagine my surprise when they stated that yes they would and that the office cannot make decisions for them!!! By now I have a serious headache but decided to call the office to reschedule my appointment because I need my procedure completed. Left messages and not even 1 response to date. WOW!!!!

My visit to Aspen Dental was outstanding. I was greeted with kindness and curiosity from the moment I walked in the door. The professionalism of the staff and the doctors was terrific.

They explained everything in detail from treatment plans to financial options. If your afraid of visiting the dentist as I admit I was all you have to do is walk through that door and they will make you feel right at home.

My husband visited for a consultation regarding his immediate dentures, which do not fit correctly. During our conversation, I explained to the office staff that we needed documentation for the dentist to make necessary repairs. Unfortunately, we left without the needed information.

While I understand that the doctor may prefer not to go against another practitioner’s recommendations, I wish the staff had clarified our limitations when I called to make the appointment. It would have been helpful if they had simply informed us that they could not fulfill our request at that time.

Rose made my experience at Aspen Dental so wonderful. She is professional, yet, she’s not afraid to laugh. Rose is very patient. She explained every step to me as we went along. I highly recommend Rose to anyone in need of dental care.
