I was able to get an appointment the next day with some tooth and gum pain. I was a brand new patient and they made the process smooth to get onboarded and switch my insurance to this office. They resolved my infection right away. Highly recommend!

DO NOT COME HERE! I went here for a check up and possibility of cleanings as a future patient but was told by Elora that i needed implants and dentures even though my last dentist told me my teeth are perfectly fine, and got a second opinion after my visit here and I had no issues either. They are trying to sell unnecessary procedures to make money and purposely ruining your teeth to keep you in debt to them for profit.

They were charging $40,000 FOR THESE PROCEDURES! In that case you are better off going to Mexico and doing a dental vacation and spending literally 10% of that there and getting everything you need done and money for food, transportation and hotels. Take your business elsewhere, you have better options!

As someone who is terrified from past experiences I felt impelled to leave a review on the experience I received here. Sergio was very sweet and informative when I came in. Belinda was super sweet and gentle with me the entire time she made me feel very comfortable DR. Mena was very helpful and informative in explaining to me what work I needed done and how we were going about doing it!!! From the information she provided all the way to the surgical process super gentle super caring! I will be making this my primary dentist.

Shoutout to Isabelle for helping me figure out the options to pay so that I may be able to get the work I needed done same day. I came in crying and I left with a smile thank you ladies for making my experience amazing and worry free.

I arrived at approximately 6:50 AM as requested, but there was no receptionist available to check me in. I was only given paperwork around 7:10 AM. When I initially booked the appointment over the phone, I provided a clear description of why I was visiting. I’m not confident my information was properly recorded or read by the practice, or worse, ignored. At the appointment, there was no acknowledgment of my stated concerns.

Instead, I was sent through a series of X-rays, scans, and other examinations before ever seeing a doctor. At the time I thought this was to address my concern but when it kept going on and on I was starting to wonder what is happening. Over an hour later, I finally saw the doctor, and was presented with an expensive and overwhelming treatment quote. It felt more like a setup to rack up diagnostic charges than a real attempt to address the actual problem. My main concerns: Despite arriving early as requested, my appointment started late.

The reason for my visit was ignored in favor of extensive diagnostics. I waited over an hour before seeing a doctor, rather than seeing the doctor first. The final treatment plan was extremely costly and felt predatory. Overall, the experience felt more focused on maximizing billing than on patient care.
