Went in for having lots of pain. I was so nervous and scared to go to the dentist. They were so nice nice and comforting the whole entire visit. Shout out to their DA health we who was very thorough and checked on me my whole visit. They got me in my appointment quickly, did my X-rays quickly, and my exam. They make your dentist anxiety disappear. Thank you Aspen Dental!

From the moment I walked in, Ashlyn was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable—no small feat when you're sitting in a dental chair! Michelle was not only professional but also kind and genuinely funny, which made the whole experience even better. The entire office runs smoothly, the atmosphere is friendly, and you can tell they truly care about their patients.

I had a filling fall out Sunday night,tried to book an emergency appointment online,was told I needed to call the office as I am already an established patient. Called at 8am Monday to be told they were booked for the day and they could see me Tuesday at 9. They called me Tuesday at 830 to rebook for Wednesday at 930. Arrived early for my appointment, was told I need to ppay $103 to be seen (even though my insurance covers all exams 100% even emergency exams) The dentist said I need a root canal and then to come back for a crown. Waited 30 minutes to discuss the next steps with a staff member who did not share her name. She showed me an estimate without billing codes of what the crown would be.

I asked why the codes were not shown so I could verify my coverage before scheduling, was told they do not share codes with patients, but that they bill straight to insurance and then charge patients what the insurance won't cover. Was told to call the specialist for a root canal and then call Aspen back to make follow up appointment for a crown and to prepay when making the appointment. I showed her my benefits page where my crowns would be covered 100% and was told that it's not always accurate. Left without my pain alleviated. Wake up this morning with an email from my insurance that they billed $103 for my exam. I now understand all the reviews online for Aspen overcharging and lack of transparency for patients care.

Also have been playing phone tag with the office manager for months because she wanted me to come in to discuss my "treatment plan" after my first visit. Ive asked to have it emailed since her schedule and mine never line up. The staff member who gave me the estimate for my crown pulled up my plan and said the only thing noted is my February cleaning that was schedule. I don't understand the repeated calls being necessary to discuss something that had already occurred.

From start to finish the entire staff was so friendly and accommodating. I was able to get in same day for a toothache. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and at ease, as I was feeling pretty anxious. Thank you Aspen Dental!
