I had a great experience on my first visit. The clinic got me in right away, and every person I spoke with was friendly, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. The x-ray process was quick and painless with state-of-the-art equipment. The dentist diagnosed my problem right away and explained my options rather than steering me toward the most expensive solution.

The account administrator met with me at the end of my appointment and went over what my insurance and out of pocket costs will be. All-in-all, everything went smoothly from start to finish. I am very impressed.

I’m so pleased with my first visit. I was referred to multiple different specialists from my former Dentist. This was going to cost thousands of dollars out of pocket and it was up to me to set it all up. I was so overwhelmed. Someone suggested a second opinion and I found Aspen Dental.

They met with me today, created an affordable treatment plan and all the work can all be done in their office. They are flexible with scheduling and offer various payment plans with upfront pricing. Very friendly staff and extremely accommodating.

So far I am very displeased. Got scheduled and double booked. Rescheduled. Waited for 2hrs. XRAY was best part due to the nice lady. Worst part being pulled from the chair to go to the consult room where it feels like im buying a car.

I am insured by delta dental and assssspen said I was not since 2018. Once my insurance had to email them with instructions I was given a basic non informative response as to what the cost rundown would be. I was expecting to have a tooth pulled today and no one told me I would not be having that done when I asked. Just passed to the next cog in this so called health service. I have already paid for the appointment. Wish me luck I get the help I need and won't have to come back if its not done properly.

I wish people could actually get help and not have to go thru all these type of things. I dont blame the people who show up and try to do there job but if you dont question the job you are preforming then I cant respect you. Don't expect genuine answers back with no bull. Expect the run around and pay walls for all.
