Great staff. They provide great dental work, but this location will have you there for hours. Went there for a root canal at 2pm , I didnt leave there until 630. They numb my mouth for the procedure and I waited 40 mins in the chair for the doctor to come back. It feels like they over book the doctors.

While all staff are kind and efficient, Aspen Dental as a company tries to get as much money out of you as possible. I was recommended multiple procedures that were not necessary and told it would cost me $2000 for a cleaning after insurance. And they wouldn’t schedule the cleaning unless I agreed to their plan, saying that anything less was in disagreement with their recommendation.
But that’s not patient-centered care at all. Not the staff’s fault by any means, but will definitely not be returning.

My permanent retainer behind my bottom teeth came out after 25+ years. I was super uncomfortable with the cement left behind- it was hurting my tongue and causing me to clench my jaw. They got me in quickly and I was seen by Dr.
Bradley. She was amazing- explained the steps, was quick yet efficient, made sure all the cement was gone and made sure I didn't feel any more multiple times before moving on. Would highly recommend her!

Had a great experience at Aspen Dental everyone was so nice there and helpful even the receptionist who tried to get me the best price to pay. I love it there everyone is so professional and they do a great job! I can put a smile back on my face :)
