My experience overall was great. My Dr was awesome. He explained the procedure to me and told me what to expect after. He gave me time to ask questions. Procedure took about 45 mins. Recovery from the anesthesia was smooth.
Aftercare instructions were thorough and easy to comprehend. I would've given 5 stars, but there was a gouge in the skin of the roof of my mouth near where one of my teeth was extracted. It feels like it was caused by an instrument. It is a decent size and very tender. Might take some time to heal, which sucks because I haven't experienced a lot of discomfort otherwise. Thank you Aspen! ❤️

Dr. Jorge and his crew always do top notch work on my teeth. They always take the time to make sure that I’m comfortable during my treatment visits, and happy when I leave. Additionally, all of my dental hygienists that I’ve worked with so far Have proofed to be extreme professionals. Thank you for all your help. I look forward to my next appointment.

To start I dislike going to any dentist until today. My insurance changed, I picked a new office, and luckily picked AspenDental at Mohawk Commons in Niskayuna. Best dental move of my life.
My first experience was today; I was impressed! Very friendly, well trained staff, and a dentist who listen to my problems and offered sincere advice. This was honestly the first time maybe ever I left a dentist’ office with a smile on my face…this office is Awesome!!!

My Aspen Dental Experience Review I recently had a disappointing experience at Aspen Dental that I feel compelled to share. My wife questioned my choice to go to what she described as a "mall-like dentist," especially since I have proper insurance. I thought the doctors seemed good, but the issues came up with the money-hungry finance team. After a full mouth scan, I was informed that my partial was covered, but I would have to pay an additional $500 for no metal clasp.
I opted for a bridge instead, believing it would be a better option. However, they then insisted that I needed a cleaning before the bridge could be done. When I inquired about insurance coverage for the cleaning, they shockingly stated it would cost me $500 out of pocket—a determination made over the phone without any examination of my teeth. When I expressed my unwillingness to pay for a cleaning that my insurance wouldn’t cover, they refused to proceed with the bridge procedure and the billing person abruptly hung up on me.
It felt like a complete scam! I’m fully insured, yet I'm being asked to pay an additional $500 upfront. The finance team felt more like aggressive salespeople than a service-oriented group. I would not recommend Aspen Dental based on my experience.
