i am genuinely begging anyone who might see this to go somewhere else for their dental needs. i would travel to a different state if i had to to avoid this one. one star is FAR too generous. i should have known after the nearly 40 minute wait that it was going to be an unpleasant experience. this appointment was for my brother, though i was with him the entire time. the dentist was an old white man, i don't remember his name as he did not properly introduce himself.

never in my life have we dealt with someone as condescending, rude, demeaning, and aggressive. by the end of the appointment, my brother was crying as the news was pushed onto him over and over, as if rubbing it in his face. many of his comments were said as a 'gotcha' moment. it felt like he was having fun with it. we had stressed many times that it had been a long time since his last appointment and he struggled with issues that led to the state of his teeth. he was embarrassed and extremely nervous to go and knowing how he was treated in there, i don't blame him.

on top of the inexcusable behavior, my brother is trans and told them ahead of time that he had a preferred name and pronouns. they did not honor that for even a second. the entire time he was being belittled he was also being misgendered. if you are the parent of a trans child, you are trans yourself, you struggled with youe dental health for ANY reason, or if you want to be treated with basic respect and feel as though you and your time is valued, PLEASE stay away from this place.

From the minute I walked up to the desk. I was treated with a friendly attitude from all the staff. Every staff member explained everything that was going to happen and made sure I understood. All my questions where answered.

I feel the service was above and beyond ! I had several procedures done while I was there. And I left feeling confident that,when I return for my next appointment I will be treated the same way.

I made an apt for my daughter and updated our phone number. . a few weeks later I take the morning off from work, drive all the way from the south end for her 9:am apt. . arrive at 8:30. . and they refused to see her because they never updated the phone number and we didn't confirm the apt when they called the wrong number.

They cancelled it and we didn't know. So now I have to take more time off work. . even though we kept the apt and were there. Absolutely frustrating.

I paid them almost $400 to pull a tooth . After they couldn't get it numbed they sent me home on antibiotics then when it wasn't infected I returned to have it pulled only for them to try to charge me again! Telling me there systems got wiped so they have no proof of payment 🤣🤣 yeah heard that one before go scam someone else. Place is definitely scaming people
