I was nervous, only time need anti anxiety pill First time met with very nice girl doing x rays Meghan at desk was very helpful Doctor was great SOOO glad I chose it! Just made you feel very comfortable Left in pain but was glad done. Only needed Tylenol for pain (MINIMAL)! THANK YOU AGAIN 😊

All the receptionists were nice. Otherwise, Avoid like the plague. First they'll try to sell you overpriced mouthwash and toothbrushes with AI integration. Then their billing department will refuse to pick up the phone when your insurance company calls to file a claim. Then they will SELL the debt you weren't supposed to have to a collections agency so you're forced to cough it up. :)

I have never previously had any anxiety about visiting the dentist, but this is the type of dental office that causes it. Do not go here, ESPECIALLY if you have the Delta Dental EPO plan. The receptionist was confused by my insurance card and my claim was submitted improperly. I had an appointment for 8am and did not get called until 9. The woman who brought me back said that she had been confused about who was supposed to be seen first. I waited for the dentist for another twenty minutes.

He had terrible bedside manner and, when I told him I would not be returning to have a filling fixed, he said that we were done and left the room without finishing my appointment. The hygienist said that they still had not figured out my insurance so I had to wait again until I was able to receive my cleaning. I was not able to leave until 10:30, two and a half hours past my original appointment. Don’t plan to go here before work! I expressed these frustrations via their internal channels and received no response. I would have preferred to forget the entire thing and not write a review, but I received a claim today for $424 because of improper billing. Anyone I’ve mentioned this to has recounted a similar horror story from this office.

Save your time, money, and tears. Go anywhere else. And before I receive a comment from them about calling their customer number: I did this morning and found the representative I spoke with to be just as dismissive. What a surprise!

Bigdumb dumb

Oh my god do not go here. This is my third appointment here, and every time had a not great experience but this was the nail in the coffin that I will not be returning. Entered, the receptionist immediately had somewhat of an attitude. Then, I proceeded to wait for FIFTY FIVE minutes before FINALLY being seen for a REGULAR cleaning. I had an appointment too, and the lobby was completely empty. I then entered for the cleaning, and at this point it was nearing noontime. I swear that the hygenist just wanted to get to lunch, because for the next 20 minutes I proceeded to have the fastest and harshest teeth cleaning of my life.

For the record, I have always taken good care of my teeth, and have never had any cavities or anything. This woman was using the water flosser cleaner thing so harshly literally ALL OF MY GUMS WERE HURTING AND BLEEDING. My appointment ended three hours ago as I write this, and my teeth and gums STILL HURT. Not to mention the fact that it was so aggressive that water from the machine was literally spraying everywhere all over my mouth and face, which was great because it hid from how bad my eyes were watering from the pain I was in. As i said i don’t know if she was rushing to get me out or what, but I have never in my life had such a harsh cleaning not reaction to my teeth being cleaned. When the appointment ended twenty minutes later, I did not see the dentist because he has already gone to lunch. They rushed me out so fast I did not even schedule another appointment.

I was left in so much pain I sat in my car and cried afterwards, and watched as the receptionist flipped the sign to close the location for lunch. As I said, my scheduled appointment had been at ELEVEN. This was absolutely ridiculous, and I do not wish this pain on anyone but my worst enemies. Do not go here.
