I’ll start off by saying you know they’re a commercial dentistry they don’t stay afloat without up charging you. But my personal experience I went in two days ago for molar tooth pain from a failed crown. I made it perfectly clear that I was looking for an extraction. So, made the appointment showed up yesterday for my appointment filled out all the paperwork gave them my insurance card. Waited an hour in the waiting area. Had x-rays went back to the waiting area waited 30 more minutes got brought into the exam room were a nice young lady Told me that the doctor would be into see me soon, and then a hygienist would be able to talk about cleaning. I stopped her and said I think there’s been a misunderstanding. I’m established at a different Dentist. I’m here because I have emergent tooth pain.

I want to get it fixed. That young lady disappears a dentist comes in. Wants to know what I’m there for. I explain the situation again she tries to figure out which tooth it is. We locate the tooth. She shows me the x-rays And says I’ll have to see what my schedule has in it. This is early in the afternoon mind you. So the dentist disappears and then another lady comes over and says follow me out to the waiting room. The office manager has a couple consults ahead you and then she’ll discuss your options.

Basically they wanted to perform a root canal and I asked for an extraction I told the receptionist out front that I had to leave. I didn’t have time to stick around. Have the house manager call me. Still have yet to receive a phone call maybe today I’ll get one. And I can update this post. For now two stars it is.

This was one of the most accommodating places I've ever been. The staff there are some of the nicest people I've ever met in an office setting. I'm a baby & have anxiety about the Dentist & I swear they can sense things like that, because Caitlynn (I hope I got that right lol) was extra patient & sweet reassuring me they would do everything they could to help me. . . And they did 💯%.

The nice man who does the repairs even stayed late (yes, you read that correctly. . . He stayed LATE) to make sure the repair would be done that day. Would recommend TEN FOLD to anyone!🪥🦷

After dealing with tooth pain for months I finally decided to get the tooth extracted. The entire experience at Aspen was amazing. All the staff there were super pleasant to deal with and were able to answer any questions I had for them. I would definitely recommend anyone with tooth issues to see them.
